当操作员关闭夹钳时,辅助控制阀 (2) 将油流从主机引导至速度控制阀和油缸缸盖端。 活塞上的压力导致油缸伸出。 随着油缸伸出,夹钳关闭。 同时,油流向主阀 (4) 和先导阀 (5)。 油流向先导阀 (5) 左侧。 弹簧力使先导阀向左移动。 油通过先导阀 (5) 流向主阀 (4) 左端。 阀左侧的压力导致阀向右移动。 当主阀向右移动时,油流向油缸缸盖端。 高压油分布在活塞两侧,但缸盖端的额外表面积导致活塞向右移动。 提供给缸盖端的额外流量导致速度增加。 速度增加导致关闭时间减少。
