在检查、保养、测试、调整及维修产品时，请小心确保盛接油液。 在打开任何舱室或拆卸任何含有油液的部件前，请准备好盛接液体用的适当容器。 |
- 关闭作业机具的夹钳。 将作业机具放在地面上，并关闭主机的发动机。
- 释放主机的液压压力。 请参阅主机的维修手册。
- 检查作业机具的回转接头是否有液压泄漏。 检查油缸的液压软管和所有液压接头。 如果回转接头周围有外部泄漏的迹象，则必须修理回转接头。 请参阅维修手册, "回转接头 - 拆解"。 如果任何软管或接头周围有外部泄漏的迹象，则必须修理泄漏。
注: 在测试油缸的泄漏情况之前，必须测试回转接头有无泄漏。 请参阅维修手册, "回转接头泄漏 - 测试"。
- 关闭夹钳打开回路的球阀。 球阀安装在主机的斗杆上。
- 在测试端口上安装 8T-0860 压力表。 测试端口位于夹钳打开回路中。
- 起动主机发动机。 让液压系统上升到工作温度。
- 将作业机具的控制装置移动到夹钳关闭位置。 让控制装置在短时间内保持在夹钳关闭位置。
- 记下压力表压力读数的任何变化。 如果压力增加，可能需要更换液压油缸中的密封件。
