  1. Remove bolt (3), washer (2), and hub (1).

  3. Remove bolts (4), O-ring seal (5), and flange (7).

  12. Rotate the pump with the shaft pointing upwards.

  13. Remove nut (21) and the O-ring seal.

  17. Apply pressure to sleeve assembly (26). Remove setscrew (27), nut (28), and sleeve assembly (26).

  18. Remove spring (32), spool (31), spring (30), and cup (29) from sleeve assembly (26).

  19. Remove guide (28) and spring (27) from the control assembly.

  22. Remove elbow assembly (36), gasket (37), and pins (38) from control assembly (35).

  23. Remove cap (39), adjustment screw (40), and nut (41) from adapter (42).

  24. Remove adapter (42), O-ring seal (43), spring (44), spring (45), and spring adapter (46) from control assembly (35).

  25. Remove plug (54), O-ring seal (53), spring (52), adapter (51), spool (50), and pin (49) from control assembly (35).

  26. Remove setscrew (55), pin (56), O-ring seal (57) and lever (48) from control assembly (35).

  29. Remove bolts (59).

  30. Use Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to remove flange assembly (60). The weight of flange assembly (60) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb).

  31. Raise the temperature of the flange assembly to remove screws (63).

  32. Remove bearings (64), hold down screws (61), and shaft assembly (62).

  33. Remove retaining ring (65).

  34. Use a suitable press to remove bearing (66) from shaft assembly (62).

  35. Remove gasket (67) from pump body (68).

  36. Insert Tooling (B) into barrel assembly (69).

    Note: Be careful not to damage the retainer ball w/springs.

  37. Use a suitable hoist to remove barrel assembly (69) from pump body (68). The weight of barrel assembly is approximately 27.2 kg (60 lb).

  38. Remove stroking piston (71) and counter-piston (72) from swashplate (70).

  39. Remove swashplate (70) from barrel assembly (69).

  40. Remove used Teflon seal (73) and O-ring seal (74) from stroking piston (71).

  46. Remove throttle screws (84) from swashplate (70).

  47. Remove alignment pins (83) from swashplate (70).

  48. Use Tooling (C) and a suitable press to apply pressure onto washer (86).

  49. Remove retaining ring (85), washer (86), spring (87), and washer (88) from barrel assembly (69).
