The standard oil change interval that is listed is incorrect.
The correct oil change interval is 100 service hours or 3 months. This interval can be extended to 250 service hours with satisfactory completion of a controlled oil sampling exercise.
Make a note of this change in the Maintenance Interval Schedule. For more information contact your Caterpillar dealer.
