(1) 夹紧螺栓
- 拧紧涡轮增压器排气出口的夹紧螺栓。
扭矩 ... 9.5 ± 1.0 N·m (84 ± 9 lb in)
- 用软面锤敲打卡箍周围。
- 再次拧紧夹紧螺栓。
扭矩 ... 9.5 ± 1.0 N·m (84 ± 9 lb in)
(2) 螺栓
-
在螺栓螺纹上涂抹 5P-3931 防粘结剂 。
- 扭矩 ... 54 ± 5 N·m (40 ± 4 lb ft)
(3) 卡箍
- 拧紧卡箍。
扭矩 ... 14 ± 1.5 N·m (10 ± 1 lb ft)
- 用软面锤敲打卡箍周围。
- 再次拧紧夹紧螺栓。
扭矩 ... 14 ± 1.5 N·m (10 ± 1 lb ft)
