为了防止损坏电控装置，根据需要正确进行焊接步骤。 在具有电控装置的设备上焊接前，检查下列防范措施：
- 关掉发动机。 将发动机操控开关置于关闭(OFF)位置。
- 如果发动机具有蓄电池切断开关，则开关应处于断开位置。 否则，要从设备的蓄电池上断开蓄电池的负极"-"电缆。
- 用焊接机的地线夹子夹住要焊接的组件。 尽可能将夹子置于焊接点附近。

不要将电焊机的地线接至电气部件如电子控制模块(ECM)或传感器上。 不正确的接地方式能对传动系轴承、液压元件、电气部件和其它部件造成损坏。 用焊接机的地线夹子夹住要焊接的组件。 尽可能将夹子置于焊接点附近。 这将有助于减少损坏的可能性。 |
- 保护线束不受焊接碎屑和飞溅物的损害。 按正确的焊接步骤焊接。
