- Cut wire ties (2) and disconnect plugs (3) from both thermistors (1).

- Remove bolts (8) that fasten the exhaust elbow to the turbochargers.

- Remove nine bolts (10) that fasten exhaust elbow (9) to the support. Remove the exhaust elbow (9). The exhaust elbow weighs approximately
91 kg (200 lb) .Show/hide table

Note: Use care not to damage thermistors (1) if the thermistors are not removed from the exhaust elbow.

- Inspect the condition of the seal for housing (6) and the seals for exhaust elbow (9). Replace the seals, if necessary.

- Connect electrical plug (7).
