气门
使用 1P-3527 气门弹簧压缩器 可使气门的拆卸和安装变得更加容易。
气门座镶圈
使用 166-7441 气门座拔取器工具 来进行气门座镶圈的拆卸和安装。 在镶圈装入缸盖之前，先降低其温度。
气门导管
拆卸和安装气门导管的工具是 5P-1729 气门导管衬套 和 7M-3975 气门导管冲头 。 冲头衬套中的沉孔可将导管安装到正确高度。
气门导管孔的检查
使用 5P-3536 气门导管量表总成 以检查气门导管孔。 请参考专门说明书GMG02562以了解使用该工具的说明。

气门桥定位销
使用 5P-0944 定位销拉拔器总成 和 5P-0942 定位销拔出器 。 拆下气门桥定位销。 使用 6V-4009 定位销冲头 安装一个新的气门桥定位销。 此定位销冲头可将气门桥定位销安装到正确高度。
