- 拆除将水泵与散热器相连的弯头组件。 拆除将水泵与机油冷却器相连的弯头组件。
- 拆下盖螺栓 (3) 。 将壳体 (9) 从盖上小心地分离。
- 固定住六角垫圈 ( 1)。 拆下内六角头螺栓 ( 4)。
- 拆下轴承 (5)。
- 使用工具 (A)，卸下齿轮 ( 6)。
- 使用工具 (B) 拆下挡圈 ( 7)。
- 利用工具 (C) 拆下叶轮 ( 11)。
- 利用适当的压具拆除内轴承 ( 5) 和轴组件 (8)。
- 拆下水封 (10)。
- 拆下油封 (2)。
