- 利用工具 (A) 清理前壳体 (3) 的接合面。

- 在接合面上涂抹工具 (B) 。 晾干底漆 3 到 5 分钟。
- 将工具 (C) 涂抹到接合面上。 均匀地铺开密封胶。 必须在涂抹密封胶后十分钟以内安装前壳体 (3) 。
注: 不要让工具 (C) 密封住前壳体 (3) 上的主机油道。
- 将前壳体 (3) 安装到缸体上。
- 安装皮带张紧器 (2) 。
- 安装前发动机支架 (1) 。
