Disassembly Procedure

Start By:

1. Remove the solenoid valve. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Solenoid Valve (Auxiliary Circuit) 1-Way/2-Way Flow (Left) - Remove".

1. Remove bolts (1) and coil (2). Remove O-ring seal (3) and shims (4). Remove O-ring seals (6) from valve group (5) .

2. Remove retaining ring (7). Remove valve (8), retainer (9), seat (10), backup ring (11), and O-ring seal (12) .

Personal injury can result from being struck by parts propelled by a released spring force. Make sure to wear all necessary protective equipment. Follow the recommended procedure and use all recommended tooling to release the spring force.

3. Remove adapter (13), spring (14), and valve (15). Remove O-ring seals (16) from adapter (13). Remove retaining ring (19), collar (18), and filter (17) .
