- Remove guards (1) and (2) .

- Drain the engine coolant from the cooling system into a suitable container for storage or disposal. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, " Cooling System Cooling (ELC) - Change".
- Open the front access door on the left side of the machine. Remove bolts (3). Open access door (4) .

- Attach a suitable lifting device to hood assembly (5). The weight of hood assembly (5) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Remove bolts (6). Remove hood assembly (5) .

- Remove support (8). Remove tubes (9). Disconnect hose (7).

- Remove cover (10) .

- Disconnect tube assembly (12) from cover (11). Reposition tube assembly (12). Loosen bracket (13). Remove cover (11) .

- Remove brace (14) .

- Remove bolts (15). Move cover (16) in order to remove bracket (17). Remove bolts (18). Remove bracket (17). Remove cover (16) .

- Move belt tensioner (19) in a counterclockwise direction in order to remove belt (20). Remove belt (20) .
