Water Pump - Install
Installation Procedure
- Install O-ring seal (23) onto water pump (19) .

- Position water pump (19). Install bolts (22).

- Install belt tensioner (21). Move belt tensioner (21) in a counterclockwise direction in order to Install belt (20). Install belt (20).

- Connect tube (18) onto water pump (19). Install tube (17) .

- Install bracket (15) and tube (16) .

- Position housing assembly (14). Install bolts (13). Connect hose (12).

- Install cover (9). Position tube assembly (10). Connect tube assembly (10) onto cover (9). Tighten bracket (11).

- Install cover (8) .

- Install tubes (7). Install support (6). Connect hose (5).
Note: Hoses (5) are color coded. The hoses must be installed in the original position.

- Attach a suitable lifting device to hood assembly (3). The weight of hood assembly (3) is approximately 68 kg (150 lb). Install hood assembly (3). Install bolts (4) .

- Close access door (2). Install bolts (1) .

- Fill the engine cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, " Cooling System Cooling (ELC) - Change".
