  1. Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to cab (29). The weight of cab (29) is approximately 430 kg (950 lb).

  2. Install cab (29). Install bolts (30). Repeat for the rear of cab (29).

  3. Connect hose assemblies (28) to the bottom right side of cab (29).

  4. Install panel (27) and install bolts (26).

  5. Connect harness assemblies (22), (23), and (24) with bolt (25).

  6. Connect harness assembly (21) and install all cable straps.

  7. Connect hose assemblies (20).

  8. Connect air conditioning hose assemblies (18) and (19).

  9. Connect hose assemblies (17).

  10. Connect harness assembly (15) to horn (16). Connect harness assembly (13). Connect hose (14).

  11. Connect six hose assemblies (11) and four hose assemblies (12).

  12. Pull heater hoses (9) and (10) through the bottom of the cab. Connect heater hoses (9) and (10).

  13. Slide frame assembly (7) for the seat rearward. Install bolts (8). Repeat for the other side.

  14. Position throttle cable (5) and tighten nut (6). Install pin (4) and cotter pin (3) in order to connect throttle cable (5).

  15. Install panel (11) and install bolts (2).

  16. Charge the air conditioner system. Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.

  17. Fill the hydraulic oil system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil - Change".

  18. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
