Water Outlet Manifold - Install
Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Check the condition of the five gaskets. Replace the gaskets, if necessary.
- Set the five gaskets and the water outlet manifold into position.

- Install two bolts (14) .
- Install eight bolts and washers (12) .

- Connect hose (11) and tighten clamp (10) .
- Connect the electrical connector (9) .

- Install the bolt (8) and the washer.
- Install sensors (4) and (5) for clearance.

- Connect two electrical connectors (6) .
- Install the bolt (2) and the washer.

- Install pipe (1) and tube (3) .
End By:
- Install the water temperature regulator.
- Fill the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual for the correct filling procedure.
