Heat Exchanger - Install
Installation Procedure

Keep all parts clean from contaminants. Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life. |
- Attach lifting slings and a suitable lifting device to the heat exchanger (29). The weight of the heat exchanger and the bracket is 77 kg (170 lb).

- Install two spacers (28) on the bracket (29) .
- Lift the heat exchanger (25) into position.

- Install four bolts and washers (27) .
- Install hose (24) and tighten the clamp (26) .
- Install the regulator housing (23) .

- Install four bolts and the washers (20) .
- Install the hose (22) and tighten the clamp (21) .
- Connect the hose (16) .

- Tighten the clamp (18) .
- Connect the electrical connector (19) .
- Reposition two hoses (17) .
- Install two spacers (15) .
- Install two bolts and washers (14) .
- Connect hose (12) .

- Tighten clamp (11) .
- Install two bolts and washers (6) .

- Position the fuel filter base and the fuel filter element in the correct location and install the two bolts and washers (8) .
- Connect hose (9) .
- Connect hose (10) .
- Tighten clamp (7) .
- Connect hose (2) .
- Tighten clamp (5) .
- Connect two tubes (3) .
- Close valve (13) .
