一定要使用正确的程序和工具技术参数。 如果不遵循上述任一程序的话，都有可能会导致损坏、故障或发动机失效。 |
- 安装 O 形密封圈 (6) 。
注: 每次从发动机上拆卸喷油器后，应安装新油封。

- 利用干净的机油轻轻润滑 O 形密封圈和喷油器的套管孔径。
- 将喷油器轻轻装入喷油器孔中。 利用工具 (F) 。
注: 严禁利用其他工具撬动喷油器顶部。 严禁用锤敲击喷油器。 否则会损坏喷油器。
注: 正确安装喷油器非常重要。 高压上油封损坏可能会导致气门室盖下大量漏油。 这可能会导致发动机因驱动压力偏低而不能起动。 高压下油封损坏可能会使高压机油漏入燃油供油道中。 这将会导致机油消耗量过大。

- 安装螺栓 (4) 。 将螺栓 (4) 上紧到 6 N·m (50 lb in) 的扭矩。

注: 不要利用带肩螺栓和内六角头螺栓座放喷油器。
- 安装螺栓 (3) 。 将螺栓 (3) 上紧到 12 N·m (9 lb ft) 的扭矩。
- 连接线束组件 (2) 。
- 对其余单体喷油器重复步骤 1 到步骤 6。
- 安装放油塞 (1) 。
- 检查系统有无泄漏。 请参阅测试与调整, "燃油系统 - 检查"。
