- Attach a suitable lifting device to lifting eye (1) on the upper jaw of the Mechanical Grapple.
- Remove the 2 nuts and remove the bolt that secures pin (2) .

- Carefully slide pin (2) from the housing.
- Lift the upper jaw from the housing.

- In order to remove push bar (3) from the lower jaw of the Mechanical Grapple, remove bolt (5) and 2 nuts (6) from the end of pin (4) .
- Carefully slide pin (4) from the housing.
- Remove push bar (3) from the Mechanical Grapple.
