Note: Watch closely for leaks. If a leak is observed, find the source of the leak and correct the leak. If a leak is suspected or a leak is observed, check the fluid levels more frequently.

• Inspect the conveyor chain (7) for damage or for excessive wear. Replace the conveyor chain, if necessary.

• Inspect the gerotor motor (3) for any leaks. Correct any leaks.

• Inspect the hydraulic system (4) for leaks. Inspect the manifold for leaks. Repair any hydraulic system leaks. Inspect the hoses, the seals, and the flanges.

• Inspect the bucket (5) for loose bolts, for missing bolts and for worn bolts. Inspect the cover (1) for loose bolts, for missing bolts and for worn bolts. Tighten any loose bolts. Replace any missing bolts or any worn bolts.

• Inspect the lift cylinder (2) for wear and for damage. Inspect the pivot block for wear and for damage. Perform any necessary repairs.

• Inspect the nylon abrasion coverings for wear and for damage. Replace any damaged clamps or any missing clamps. Replace the nylon abrasion coverings, if necessary.

• Inspect the skids (6) for wear and for damage. Perform any necessary repairs. Replace any missing bolts or any damaged bolts.

• Inspect the condition of the mounting bracket before you install the work tool onto the host machine. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Mounting Bracket - Inspect" for more detailed information.
