Special Instruction, REHS0183, "Removal and Installation of Tamperproof Caps on a RSV Governor" is available.

This special instruction outlines the basic steps, tools, and parts to remove and install tamperproof caps on a RSV Governor. The caps will protect the governor's full load and full speed adjustment screws against unauthorized adjustment. The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) requires tamperproof caps on the governors to prevent unauthorized adjustments to the air/fuel ratio.

The caps are part of a new 134-7112 Cap Kit now available. The parts in this kit can only be ordered as a kit.
