Rework Procedure
This illustration defines the bolt pattern the dealer is to re-torque:
Procedure for applying the proper torque to this bolt pattern:
Loosen one bolt at a time, and re-torque to 274 +/- 29 N.m.
Prepare to torque turn the bolt 60 degrees by match marking the bolt head and bearing as shown.
Now tighten the bolt the required 60 degrees, until the left match mark lines up with the mark on the bearing.
A properly torqued bolt will appear as shown.
Repeat this procedure until all (10) 165-9756 bolts and all (31) 5Q-3560 bolts are properly torqued.
