Description Of Change: New hinge mounting plates for radiator door are used on the machines listed above. The new mounting plates correct the alignment of the radiator door in the open position to allow for easier access to clean the radiator cores.
Adaptable To: The new hinge mounting plates are adaptable to the products within the listed serial numbers, and are effective with all products after the listed serial numbers.

The new 533-4841 Plate (1) and 539-0069 Plate (2) replaces the former two 363-3348 Plates at the top hinge mount, shown in Illustration 1. Secure the plates using existing four 7X-7729 Washers and four 8T-4178 Bolts (3).

The new two 539-0069 Plates (2) replaces the former two 363-3348 Plates at the bottom hinge mount, shown in Illustration 2. Secure the plates using existing four 7X-7729 Washers and four 8T-4198 Bolts (4).

The new two 539-0068 Plates (5) with 5G-2514 Tube (6) replaces the former 363-3336 Plate of 347-4981 Radiator Guard Gp on 836K Landfill Compactors and 390-8394 Radiator Guard Gp on 988K Wheel Loaders. Refer to Illustration 3.
