Brake tube assemblies were not installed onto existing clips properly. Inspect for brake tube position errors during Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI).

Correct placement of hydraulic brake lines in existing clips

Reposition brake tube using existing clips onto coolant line. Verify no interference along frame or other components. Replace assembly if any extensive damage is present.
