Enable a Feature through the Console:
- Press the Display Select Button.
- Press the Button for Settings.
- Navigate to the desired feature.
- Select the desired feature.
- Choose the desired Status.
Here Features such as listed below may be available for selection:
Auto Blade Assist (ABA) - Blade assist relieves the operator from repetitive operations. Blade assist sets the blade to the correct position at the beginning and at the end of dozing segments. This feature automates blade pitch and lift control during a typical dozing cycle to reduce operator fatigue. BA can be operated with the AutoCarry function
Auto Downshift - If the torque converter speed ratio drops to a specified threshold, this function automatically downshifts the transmission. This function works in forward and reverse gears. The default setting for this machine is OFF.
AutoCarry - The AutoCarry mode provides automatic control of the blade lift and blade lower functions during the Carry segment of a dozing cycle. This automatic control is to maintain an optimum blade load. AutoCarry helps to reduce operator fatigue while the best productivity of the machine is maintained.
Note: AutoCarry should be disabled while the Mine Rake option is installed.
Automatic Ripper Control (AutoRip) - Controls track slip and maintains drawbar pull by adjusting the ripper height and engine speed. AutoRip maintains maximum productivity, minimizes wear and tear on the machine and reduces operator fatigue.
AutoStow - The AutoStow feature is a ripper return feature to help the operator be more productive. When AutoStow is activated, the ripper will return to a full lifted position.
Silent Mode - The Silent Mode is a means to disable the backup alarm and the horn button from becoming active by the operator or electronic controls.
Blade Tilt - If the machine is set to single tilt the blade pitch can be manipulated but the tilt will remain static. In dual tilt the blade tilt can be changed and manipulated along with the blade pitch.
Blackout Mode - The Blackout mode switch is a mechanism to allow Concealed remote control operation on the machine by preventing indicator lights, A Stop hold, fault warnings, and flashing of work lights at startup. This applies in both RC mode and manual mode (green light may remain on). When this feature is enabled, work lights and cabin lights may not be enabled. Blackout mode may be activated through the cab and the console. If the A Stop is activated during Blackout mode, a warning will be indicated to the operator console. When starting the machine in blackout mode with the console, there may be no visible feedback from the machine that the honk-in process was successful. If connection is made to a machine, the Remote Control Status Indicator (11) will no longer be present.
Note: When blackout mode is enabled, the blackout lights can be toggled on or off using the work lights button. If total blackout is enabled, no lights can be enabled. Blackout settings are saved from the last use.
Selection of these features may vary depending on Machine Vintage, Model, and Software. Not all features are available on all models.
View Parameters through the Console:
