Engine Support (Rear) - Remove and Install

Usage:

Removal Procedure

Start By:

  1. Remove the rear hood.

  2. Remove the rear bottom guard.

  1. Remove access panel (1).

  2. Attach suitable lifting device to support the rear of engine and torque converter (2). The weight of engine and torque converter (2) is approximately 3765 kg (8300 lb).

  3. Remove two bolts (3) and the washers. Remove upper support (4).

  4. Remove two bolts (5) and the washers.

  5. Use suitable lifting device to raise the rear of engine and torque converter (2). Remove lower support (6).

  6. Remove six bolts (8) and the washers. Remove rear engine support (7). Repeat steps 3 through 6 for the other side.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install rear engine support (7) in the reverse order of removal.
