Window Wiper and Wiper Motor (Front) - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Connect the steering frame lock.
- Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position.

Illustration 3 g03340329 - Remove screws (1) and screws (3). Move floor mat (4) out of the way. Cut cable straps (7) and move harness assembly (8) out of the way. Remove screws (5). Move instrument panel (2) and panel (6) out of the way.

Illustration 5 g03340335 - Disconnect hose (12). Remove bolts (11) and remove wiper assembly (10).

Illustration 6 g03340340 - Remove cap (13). Remove nuts (14) and (15). Repeat this step for the remaining cap and nuts.

- Install front wiper motor (16) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten bolts (11) to a torque of
14 ± 2 N·m (124 ± 18 lb in) . - Tighten nuts (14) to a torque of
38 ± 2 N·m (28 ± 1 lb ft) . - Tighten nuts (15) to a torque of
13 ± 2 N·m (115 ± 18 lb in) .
- Tighten bolts (11) to a torque of
