Field service reports indicate that the 372-1778 Lever and Bushing As may fail.

Solution

Caterpillar is aware of the problem, but an interim repair has not yet been defined.

For a failed 372-1778 Lever and Bushing As replace with the same part, and refer to the instructions below.

• Submit a Dealer Solution Network (DSN) ticket quoting CPI number 377304

• Request that the Tier 1 representative, transfer your ticket to an available Tier 2 representative for Caterpillar Underground Mining - Base Machine

• The Tier 2 representative will request the machine serial number, machine operating hours
