Water and Temperature Resistant Grease 

Start By:

  1. Remove the water temperature regulator.

  1. Remove left side engine panel (1).

  2. Disconnect tube assembly (2) and hose (3).

  3. Disconnect hose (4) and (5).

  4. Remove tube assembly (6). Loosen clamp (7) and disconnect hose (8).

  5. Loosen clamp (9) and position hose (10) out of the way.

  6. Remove tube assembly (11). Loosen clamp (13) and remove the hose.

  7. Remove bolt (12) and the elbow.

  8. Loosen clamp (16) and disconnect hose (17).

  9. Remove bolts (14) and elbow assembly (15).

  10. Remove bolts (19) and water pump (18).

  11. Remove O-ring seal (20) from water pump (18).

  12. Remove seal (23).

  13. Remove bolts (21) and inlet cover (22).

  14. Remove O-ring seal (24) from inlet cover (22).

Installation Procedure

  1. Install water pump (18) in the reverse order of removal.

    1. Apply Tooling (A) to all O-ring seals and seals in the installation procedure.
