Specification for 145-5657 Air Lines Gp
Item     Qty     Part     Specification Description
1     1     1A-9579 Bolt     With the choke plate assembled on the shaft, fully close the plate. Tighten the adjusting bolt until the bolt contacts with the stop plate. Tighten the adjusting bolt and additional quarter turn and tighten the locking nut to the standard torque.
For the choke open position, ensure that the actuator cannot force the plate past the fully open stop. With the actuator fully extended and the full open stop plates contacting. Shortening the length of the connecting rod a half a turn will create a small gap between the two full open stop plates. Then lock the linkage into place and insure the plate can still reach the full closed stop.
2     1     5S-0003 Nut     With the choke plate assembled on the shaft, fully close the plate. Tighten the adjusting bolt until the bolt contacts with the stop plate. Tighten the adjusting bolt and additional quarter turn and tighten the locking nut to the standard torque.
3     1     6I-1708 Plate     For the choke open position, ensure that the actuator cannot force the plate past the fully open stop. With the actuator fully extended and the full open stop plates contacting. Shortening the length of the connecting rod a half a turn will create a small gap between the two full open stop plates. Then lock the linkage into place and insure the plate can still reach the full closed stop.
4     1     6I-1707 Stop Plate
5     1     130-3359 Shaft     Assemble the choke plate to the shaft, leaving the mounting bolts loose. Then assemble the thrust washer and tighten the bolts to the standard torque. Fully close the choke plate and tighten the mounting bolts to the standard torque.

200 ± 20 N·m (148 ± 15 lb ft).
2     1     211-8175 Electronic Actuator Gp     Assemble the actuator so the inlet and outlet ports are aligned as shown. The actuator ports are stamped "Inlet" and "Outlet".
