(1) Tighten the nuts to the following torque. ... 1000 ± 100 N·m (740 ± 75 lb ft)
Apply 5P-3931 Anti-Seize Compound to the studs prior to assembly.
(2) Position the centerlines of the holes for the clevis pins horizontally.
When the turbochargers are located at the front of the engine, mount the brackets between the following cylinders: 1 and 3, 2 and 4, 13 and 15 and 14 and 16.
When the turbochargers are located at the rear of the engine, mount the brackets between the following cylinders: 3 and 5, 4 and 6, 15 and 17 and 16 and 18.
