Engine - Remove and Install
Start By:
- Remove the radiator, hydraulic oil cooler, air cooler, and fuel cooler.
- Remove the piston pump (drum propel).
- Disconnect harness assemblies (1), (2), and (3).

- Remove nut (5) and disconnect cable assembly (4).

Fuel leaked or spilled onto hot surfaces or electrical components can cause a fire.
Clean up all leaked or spilled fuel. Do not smoke while working on the fuel system.
Turn the disconnect switch OFF or disconnect the battery when changing fuel filters.
- Disconnect hose assemblies (9), (10), and (11).

- Remove bolt (17).
- Disconnect hoses (15) and (16).

612 kg (1350 lb) . - Remove mounting bolts (23) and engine (22).

- Install engine (22) in the reverse order of removal.
- Tighten nut (5) to a torque of
15 ± 3 N·m (133 ± 27 lb in) .
- Tighten nut (5) to a torque of
