The 8W-4002 Hose Assembly end fittings recently changed from 6V-9965 6V-9967 Coupling Assemblies to 328-9090 328-9100 Permanent Coupling Assemblies "XN" fittings respectively.

These new style fittings do not require to skive the hose during assembly. This change has increased the outside diameter of the crimp from 25 mm (0.984 inch) on the original hose fittings to 30 mm (1.181 inch) on the new style "XN" hose fittings.

If the hose is replaced using the new "XN" hose fittings, the original 8T-1889 8T-1890 Clips will not fit the new style end diameter.

8T-1897 8T-1898 Clips that fit a 30 mm (1.181 inch) hose or tube will also need to be installed.
