Description of Change: The bolted joint between the torsional coupler and the flywheel has changed. The number of bolts in this joint has increased from 12 to 20 bolts. The increased number of bolts will provide additional margin to hedge against possible bolted joint damage from machine operation outside of OMM recommendations and increase the service life of this bolted joint.

The new 439-8599 Coupling As (1) is a direct replacement for the 381-3771 Coupling As .
The new 438-9578 Flywheel As (2) is a direct replacement for the 417-9596 Flywheel As .
Use the new hardware that is listed in Table 1 to install the new 439-8599 Coupling As (1) and new Flywheel As (2) .
This hardware must be replaced when installing these components.
