Description of Change: A new throttle actuator is used to improve engine stability and governing. An external oil line provides oil to the actuator and keeps the actuator full of oil while the engine is running.
Adaptable To: The new 4P7087 Actuator Assembly, part of 9Y7584 and 9Y6736 Electronic Governor Groups, is a direct replacement for the former 7W1455 Actuator Assembly. The new actuator assembly is effective with 3508...2JF136, 3512...4KC217, 3516...3RC328 SI Industrial Engines. The new actuator assembly is adaptable to all earlier engines using an EG3P actuator.
