7211 & 7221 MARINE TRANSMISSIONS Caterpillar

start by:

a) remove selector valve

b) remove oil filter

1. Disconnect three hydraulic lines (1).

2. Remove bolts (2) and the lockwashers.

3. Remove manifold (3). Remove the O-ring seal.

Install Oil Manifold

1. Install new O-ring seal (2).

2. Put manifold (1) in position and install the four lockwashers and bolts that hold it in position.

3. Connect three hydraulic lines (3) to the manifold.

end by:

a) install oil filter

b) install selector valve
