机器 ECM、保险丝面板和诊断接头位于机器左侧的操作员座椅后部。
可按图 1 中所示拆下键盘保险丝面板来接近诊断接头和保险丝面板。 需要拆下整个盖板方可接近机器 ECM。
电子控制模块可以通过 CAN 数据链路彼此通信。 可以通过机器监视器或使用 Windows 系统笔记本电脑上的 Caterpillar Plus+1 维修工具对这些电子控制装置提供的信息进行访问。

Caterpillar Plus+1 维修工具的诊断接头 (1) 位于图 1 中所示的键盘保险丝面板盖后方。 该接头与 Caterpillar 电子技师.使用的接头相同。
注: Caterpillar 通信适配器 3 是符合 RP1210A 的通信接口设备，用于装有 Microsoft Windows 操作系统的个人电脑上使用。

保险丝 - 保险丝可保护电气系统，以避免由于电路超载而引起的损坏。 如果保险丝内部元件分开，更换保险丝。 如果新保险丝元件仍分开，检查电路。 必要时，修理电路。 |
带有示意符号的贴膜位于保险丝盒盖上。 保险丝的位置与示意符号的位置一致。
