Description of Change: A new assembly procedure is now used on the upper wear pads for the machines listed. This procedure will ensure the 319-9667 Pad As and the 319-9668 Pad As will remain attached the machine correctly.
Adaptable To: When installing the 319-9667 Pad As, add Loctite 271 (High Strength) to the bolt threads. Use a 16mm socket to torque the 8T-4196 Bolt to 30 ± 7 N·m (22 ± 5 lb ft). Ensure that the 319-9668 Pad As is correctly positioned and adjusted.
Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, SEBU8475, "Extender Stick Pads - Inspect/Adjust".
