Periksa apakah pipa saluran yang terpasang pada semua fiting gemuk pelumas jauh tidak dalam keadaan rusak. Apabila pipa saluran gemuk pelumas putus, gemuk pelumas tidak akan mencapai komponen yang memerlukan pelumasan. Kerusakan pada alat berat dapat terjadi. |
Periksa ada tidaknya keausan, baut yang kendur, atau baut yang hilang pada sambungan universal poros penggerak. Kencangkan baut yang kendur dan ganti baut yang hilang. Periksa ada tidaknya keausan pada spline poros penggerak dan bantalan. Ganti komponen yang sudah aus.
Bersihkan fitting sebelum mengaplikasikan pelumas.
- Aplikasikan pelumas melalui satu fitting di sambungan universal (1) dan (3) untuk poros penggerak atas.

- Aplikasikan pelumas melalui satu fitting (2) untuk spline sambungan selip poros penggerak atas.
- Aplikasikan pelumas melalui satu fitting di sambungan universal (4) dan (5) untuk poros penggerak belakang.
- Aplikasikan pelumas melalui satu fitting di sambungan universal (6) dan (8) untuk poros penggerak tengah.

- Artikulasikan alat berat sepenuhnya ke kiri atau ke kanan. Lumasi spline sambungan selip poros penggerak tengah (7) melalui satu fitting (bila terpasang).
- Aplikasikan pelumas melalui satu fitting di sambungan universal (9) untuk poros penggerak depan.
- Aplikasikan pelumas melalui satu fitting (10) untuk bearing penopang poros penggerak tengah.
