- 可在通风流量计 (1) 上测量排风扇流量。 如果指示流量小于 0.6 in（w.c），应清洁并检查通风系统和皮托管。 如果指示流量仍低于技术规格，转到步骤 2 检查排风扇转速。

- 拆下四条螺栓 (5) 。 拆下皮托管壳体 (6) 并放在烟气排气导管一侧。 切勿断开皮托管收集软管。

- 将工具 (A) 的反光胶带 (9) 的条带安装到风扇叶片上。

- 将发动机起动开关 (10) 移到 START（起动）位置。 在发动机起动后松开发动机起动开关。

- 在低怠速下运行发动机数分钟。
- 将油门控制开关 (11) 移到 HIGH IDLE（高怠速）位置两次。 每次启动开关时，将开关保持在该位置少于 1 秒。 发动机转速应升至 2200 rpm。

- 监控操作员显示器上的液压油温度。 油温达到 43 ± 5.6 °C (110 ± 10 °F) 后停止运行机器。

- 使用工具 (A) 测量风扇转速。 风扇转速应为 2200 ± 300 rpm。
- 将油门控制开关 (11) 移到 LOW IDLE（低怠速）位置。 将开关保持在该位置少于 1 秒。
- 发动机达到低怠速时，将发动机起动开关 (10) 移到 OFF（断开）位置。
- 如果排风扇转速超出指定范围，检查并清洁流量控制阀中的节流孔。 如果排风扇转速仍超出指定范围，修理或更换排风扇马达。
- 更换烟气排气导管 (8) 。 更换六个螺栓 (7) 。
- 更换皮托管壳体 (6) 。 更换四个螺栓 (5) 。
- 更换烟气排气管 (2) 。 更换四个螺栓 (3) 。
- 闭合后发动机室盖 (4) 。
