- 把机器开到平整水平的路面。
- 将行驶操纵杆 (1) 移到 NEUTRAL（空档）位置。

- 将转速旋钮 (4) 转到 MINIMUM（最小）位置。
- 将停车制动器开关 (2) 移到 ON（接通）位置。
- 将行驶模式开关 (3) 移到 PAVE（摊铺）位置。
注: 要操作熨平板提升系统、料斗系统、斗门系统和螺旋布料器提升系统，机器必须处于 PAVE（摊铺）模式。
- 将右料斗开关 (5) 移到 RAISE（提升）位置。 右料斗油缸完全回缩后，松开开关。

- 将熨平板提升开关 (6) 移到 FLOAT（浮动）位置。 将熨平板降至地面。
注: 未激活仪表板上的熨平板提升开关也必须处于 FLOAT（浮动）位置，才能降下熨平板。
- 熨平板落在地面上后，将熨平板提升开关 (6) 移到 HOLD（保持）位置。
- 将油门控制开关 (7) 移到 LOW IDLE（低怠速）位置。 将开关保持在该位置少于 1 秒。

- 将壳体排油管路接头 (12) 从发电机马达接头 (13) 上断开。

- 将工具 (B) 连接到马达接头 (13) 上。
注: 确保流量计相对于待测流量的朝向正确。
- 将工具 (A) 连接到壳体排油管路接头 (12) 。
- 将发动机起动开关 (8) 移到 START（起动）位置。 发动机起动后放开发动机起动开关钥匙。
- 在低怠速下运行发动机数分钟。
- 将油门控制开关 (7) 移到 HIGH IDLE（高怠速）位置两次。 每次启动开关时，将开关保持在该位置少于 1 秒。 发动机转速应升至 2200 rpm。
- 监控操作员显示器上的液压油温度。 油温达到 43 ± 5.6 °C (110 ± 10 °F) 后停止运行机器。

- 将发电机开关 (14) 移到接通位置。

- 使用工具 (F) 读取流量。 流量应低于 15 L/min4 (.0 US gpm)。 如果流量超出指定范围，马达不在设计参数范围内工作。 应维修或更换马达。
- 将发电机开关 (14) 移到 OFF（断开）位置。
- 将油门控制开关 (7) 移到 LOW IDLE（低怠速）位置。 将开关保持在该位置少于 1 秒。
- 发动机达到低怠速后，将发动机起动开关 (8) 移到 OFF（断开） 位置。
- 卸下工具。 将壳体排油管路重新连接到发电机马达。 更换发电机盖 (11) 和螺栓 (10) 。
