在检验、保养、测试、调整及维修发动机时，请小心确保盛接流出的液体。 在打开或拆解任何储有液体的部件之前，要准备好合适的容器收集液体。 有关适合收集和盛接卡特彼勒产品上的液体的工具和供应品，请参阅专门出版物, NENG2500, "卡特彼勒代理商工具目录"。 按照本地法规和条例处置所有液体。 |
- 打开发动机罩，找到燃油系统的燃油细滤器。

- 卸下细滤器。 妥善处理这个要废弃的细滤器。
- 清洁燃油滤清器的安装基座。 清除燃油滤清器安装基座上所有旧密封件的残留部分。
- 用手安装新滤清器。 当密封件接触基座时，将燃油滤清器滤芯继续紧固 3/4圈。
注: 滤清器上的旋转指示标记相互间隔90度。 紧固滤清器时，使用这些标记作为参考。
- 及时清理溢出物。
- 起动发动机，检查是否有泄漏。
