Service Magazine SEPD0904, 03 September 2007, "Improved Seals in the Suspension Cylinders Are Now Used". The affected machines that were listed in this article were incorrect. The correct list of affected machines is now at the beginning of this article.

Description of Change: Improved seals in the suspension cylinders are now used. A new buffer seal, a new U-cup seal, and a new wiper seal are now used in order to improve the service life of the suspension cylinders on 700 Series Articulated Trucks. The new seals have better resistance to heat than the former seals.

Adaptable To: The new parts replace the former parts that are listed in Table 1. These new parts are part of the 200-4300 Suspension Cylinder Gp and the 228-2758 Suspension Cylinder Gp.
