Screed Heat Control
The screed is equipped with an electric heating system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Screed Heating"for information on operating the heater for the screed. The heater for the screed is used in order to preheat the screed plates. Preheating the screed plates prevents the asphalt from sticking to the screed plates.
