可能产生此诊断代码的原因如下:

  • 电磁阀电路对蓄电池正极短路。

  • 电磁阀出现故障。

  • ECM 出现故障。 这不太可能。

注: 确保电磁阀的 CID 0681 FMI 03 为激活状态。

系统响应:

机器锁止将永不接合。 例如,机器锁止开关将激活,但系统响应为机器锁止指示灯闪烁,表明必要的条件未得到满足。

测试步骤 1. 检查电磁阀电路是否对蓄电池正极电路短路。

  1. 将钥匙起动开关和断路开关转到断开位置。

  1. 从电磁阀上断开机器线束。

  1. 从 ECM 上断开机器线束接头 J1 和 J2。

  1. 在机器线束接头 J1 和 J2 上,测量信号触点 J2-7(导线 A958-WH)到所有可能蓄电池正极电源的电阻。

  1. 检查并清洁线束接头的触点。

  1. 重新连接所有线束接头。

  1. 将断路开关和钥匙起动开关转到接通位置。

  1. 清除所有非现行诊断代码。

  1. 操作机器。

  1. 观察电磁阀的 CID 0681 FMI 03 的状态。

预期结果:

电磁阀的 CID 0681 FMI 03 不存在。

结果:

  • 正常 - 不存在诊断代码。 此时不存在该诊断代码。 原有诊断代码可能是某个断开以及重新连接的线束接头上存在接触不良或短路引起的。 使机器恢复正常运转。停止

  • 异常 - 尚未修复该诊断代码。 ECM 可能出现故障。

    修复: ECM 不太可能会出现故障。 退出本程序后重新执行本 CID 0681 FMI 03。 如果没有找到该诊断代码的原因,则应更换 ECM。 请参考测试和调整, "电子控制模块 (ECM) - 更换"。

    停止
