- 拆下举倾机构油缸。 请参阅拆解和组装, "举倾机构油缸 - 拆卸"。

吊装或垫塞不当可能会造成人员伤亡。 当使用起重机或千斤顶顶升任何零件或部件时，与之保持距离。 确保起重机或千斤顶具备正确的部件吊装能力。 在沉重部件下面进行任何工作之前先安装垫块或台架。 图上显示的是部件的近似重量。 清洁要安装零件的所有表面。 |
- 拆下销 (1) 。 将螺栓 (2) 和垫圈一起拆下，然后将安装板 (3) 和灯以及备用报警器一起断开。 在此阶段请勿拆卸安装板。

- 将安装板 (3) 安置到一旁并断开线束组件 (4) 。 将安装板 (3) 从机器上拆下。 安装板 (3) 、灯和备用报警器的重量约为 21 kg (46 lb)。

- 将工具 (A) 和适当的起吊设备连接到卡车车斗 (7) 上。
- 下列重量对应不带附件的标准卡车车斗。
- B1N1-以上 的 735 卡车车斗的重量约为 4400 kg (9700 lb)。
- B1N1-4212 的 740 卡车车斗的重量约为 5000 kg (11023 lb)。
- B1N4213-以上 的 740 卡车车斗的重量约为 5150 kg (11354 lb)。
- B1N1-以上 的 735 卡车车斗的重量约为 4400 kg (9700 lb)。
- 释放张力以释放销组件 (9) 上的压力。
- 使用工具 (B) 以卸下销组件 (9) 。
注: 请记录任何垫片的位置，以便于组装。
- 对卡车车斗 (7) 的另一侧重复步骤 8。 拆卸卡车车斗 (7) 。
