Location of winch control valve

Hydraulic oil pressure for the winch is provided by the implement pump. The combination valve group (4) includes a section for control of the winch. The winch control valve directs the flow of oil to a 2 speed motor on the winch. The direction of flow to the motor can be forward or reverse.

(5) Switch (On/Off). (6) Switch (Direction of reel). (7) Switch (2 speed).

Switches (5), (6), and (7) are located on the right side of the cab. The operator uses the switches to control the winch. The switches send an electrical signal to the solenoids on the winch control valve.

Switch (5) is a two-position rocker switch (on/off).

Switch (6) is a two-position rocker switch which controls the direction of the reel (reel in or reel out).

Switch (7) is a two-position rocker switch which controls motor speed (high speed or low speed).
