Radiator and Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Install
Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator shroud and fan assembly (30). Install six bolts (31). Install fitting (32). Install sight glass (33). Tighten bolts (31) to a torque of 30 ± 7 N·m (22 ± 5 lb ft). Tighten sight glass to a torque of 15 ± 2 N·m (11 ± 1 lb ft).

- Install fittings (25), (26), (27) and (28). Connect hose assembly (29) .

- Install the radiator support (23). Install bolts (21), (22) and (24). Tighten bolts (21) to a torque of 30 ± 7 N·m (22 ± 5 lb ft).

- Attach Tooling (A) with a suitable lifting device to radiator assembly (19), as shown. Install the radiator assembly. The weight of radiator assembly (20) is approximately 60 kg (130 lb). Install pins (18) to each side of the machine and install the cotter pins. Engage latch (20) .

- Connect hose assemblies (12) and (13). Connect hoses (14) and (17). Connect hose assembly (16). Install clips (11) and (15) .

- Remove bolts (10) and install clips (9). Reinstall bolts (10) .

- Install strut (7) and install clip (6). Connect hose (8). Remove Tooling (A) .

- Connect struts (5) and install clips (4) .

- Connect hose (3) .

- Lower radiator guard (2) and install pin (1) .

- Fill the coolant from the cooling system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant (ELC) - Change".
- Check the level of the hydraulic oil system. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Hydraulic System Oil Level - Check".
