Lift Kickout

1. Move the machine to level ground.

2. Raise the lift arms to the desired kickout position.

3. Adjust control group (3) so that the gap between control group (3) and magnet assembly (4) is 6.0 ± 2.0 mm (0.24 ± 0.08 inch).

4. Rotate control group (3) until the lower edge of magnet assembly (4) is even with the center of control group (3). Tighten both of bolts (5) .

5. Maximum kickout height adjustment occurs when the lift cylinders have 10.0 ± 1.0 mm (0.39 ± 0.04 inch) of remaining travel.

Forward Attachment Positioner

1. Move the machine to level ground.

2. Move the kickout switch to the FORWARD position. The kickout switch is located in the operator compartment.

3. Adjust the work tool to the desired kickout angle.

4. Loosen all of bolts (1) on control group (2) .

5. Adjust control group (2) until the orange LED turns off.

6. Tighten all of bolts (1) .

7. Lift the work tool off the ground.

8. Dump the work tool.

9. Pull the lever to the DETENT position.

10. The work tool should return to the desired kickout position.

11. If the work tool does not return to the desired kickout position, repeat Step 2 through Step 10.

Rearward Attachment Positioner

1. Move the machine to level ground.

2. Move the kickout switch in the operator compartment to the REAR position.

3. Adjust the work tool to the desired kickout angle.

4. Loosen all of bolts (1) on control group (2) .

5. Adjust control group (2) until the orange LED turns off.

6. Tighten all of bolts (1) .

7. Lift the work tool off the ground.

8. Dump the work tool.

9. Pull the lever to the DETENT position.

10. The work tool should return to the desired kickout position.

11. If the work tool does not return to the desired kickout position, repeat Step 2 through Step 10.
