Radiator Core - Clean

  • Open the engine access door on the back side of the machine. Use the prop rod to hold the engine access door open. The radiator assembly is located on the left side of the engine compartment.

  • Unlatch two latches (1) for hydraulic oil cooler (2). Swing the hydraulic oil cooler away from radiator (3) in order to clean the radiator and the hydraulic oil cooler.

  • You can use compressed air, high-pressure water, or steam to remove dust and other debris from the radiator fins. However, the use of compressed air is preferred.

  • Swing the hydraulic oil cooler back into the operating position and latch the two latches.

  • Close the engine access door.
