Machine Security System (MSS3i) Integrated Caterpillar

Operation of Status Indicator

Usage:

725C2 2L6
The Machine Security System (MSS) uses a status indicator that is mounted in the cab near the key start switch or in the dash cluster. The status indicator provides a visible alert of the presence of the security system. When the key start switch is first turned to the ON or START positions, and MSS is armed, a red light status indicator momentarily displays. This light provides a warning that the machine is armed with a security system.
